12. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limits may not apply to you.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the courts located in the United States, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

16. General terms

  • Severability. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the rest will remain in effect.
  • No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
